Solda ski resort

Solda/Sulden is located amidst the Ortler Mountains in Stelvio National Park. The ski area is open six months a year and offers over 44 km of slopes for experienced skiers and other winter sports enthusiasts.

In addition to numerous runs for skiers, including deep-powder slopes for extreme skiers, freeriders and telemark skiers, there is a fun park with half pipe and boardercross for snowboarders and freestylers. Despite its popularity, Solda is a place where the old traditions are still very much alive and well. A second home to Reinhold Messner, Messner Mountain Museum Ortles has been located here since 2004.
