All lodging facilities in the holiday regions of Castelbello-Ciardes/Kastelbell-Tschars, Laces-Val Martello/Latsch-Martelltal, Silandro-Lasa/Schlanders-Laas, Prato allo Stelvio/Prad am Stilfserjoch, Upper Venosta Valley and Passo Resia/Reschenpass offer the Venosta Valley Card, which includes the South Tyrol Guest Card.

What is the Venosta Valley Card?
This is a guest card that is included in the room price at participating accommodations and is handed over directly at check-in. It entitles you free use of the Venosta Railway and all other public transport in South Tyrol. In addition, the Venosta Valley Card offers further advantages for discovering the Venosta Valley.

How is the South Tyrol Guest Pass used?
The Venosta Valley Card will be given to you upon arrival and is valid for the entire period of your stay. The South Tyrol Guest Pass must bear the name of the holder and the period of stay. The Venosta Valley Card is a personal ticket and therefore non-transferable. If you have booked for longer than 7 days, you will receive a new card after 7 days. It must be validated at the start of each journey using the QR code on the ticket (for train journeys before boarding on the platform), but without indicating the destination.

Dogs require a supplementary ticket if they cannot be carried.

The transport of bicycles is not included in the South Tyrol Guest Pass. An additional ticket for bicycle transport must be purchased for this purpose. All information about bike transport in summer can be found here.
